The Town of Halfmoon adopted its updated Comprehensive Plan in March 2025, establishing a long-term vision to guide future decision-making and investment throughout the community. The Plan provides a framework for addressing a wide range of topics, including land use, economic development, transportation, infrastructure, housing, neighborhoods, and environmental stewardship.
Since the Plan’s adoption, the Town has begun advancing several of the Plan recommendations, with various initiatives already underway and others planned for future implementation. This website serves as a central resource for tracking progress, sharing updates, and highlighting opportunities for public involvement as the Town works to achieve the goals outlined in the Comprehensive Plan.
The Comprehensive Plan was developed by the Town of Halfmoon and a consultant team led by MJ Engineering, Architecture, Landscape Architecture and Land Surveying, P.C.
